  3. Assess candidates reaction to failure or success

    A series of difficult questions that shows an applicant what they got wrong or right immediately after answering the questions. Then give them an opportunity to write about their performance in a text area that is visible to the hiring managers. I want to know how candidates respond to success or failure.

  7. Changes to ATS applications for Graphic Designers

    As a graphic designer, I find it counter intuitive for HR departments using ATS applications to filter applicants. For creative job posting, we should have an option to upload both .doc files (for ATS data conversion) and a .pdf of a creative resume/CV where we can let our art speak for us. I (maybe some designers agree) dread having to limit my voice to standard MS formats and when we apply, because you only receive information that is in 1's and 0's.
