Now that Plum has an API, we can integrate with third-party applicants so that you'll see Plum results in your tool. Let us know your feedback concerning which tools we should integrate with.0 votes
We can do this!
Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn about how you can integrate your Plum scores with your ATS!
Information specifically about integration with greenhouse is available here: http://plum.io/demo/api-integration-greenhouse.html
Sometimes we don't want to have the resume or cover letter request on there. Sometimes we want to make it mandatory.8 votes
Thank you for your feedback! We have now started working on adding this customization to our product. We want to provide the ability to upload your company logo for the application page, and manually decide as an employer whether or not it is mandatory to submit a resume or cover letter.
Are there other essential aspects of editing the Plum Sign Up / Application Page that are missing? Please let us know!
"There appears to be no way to un-shortlisting a shortlisted candidate. I have become uncertain about a shortlisted candidate, but I am not ready to pass on the candidate altogether. How do I move them back to undecided."3 votes
We’ve improved this situation! Let us know what you think.
In our recent update we’ve changed the language and added a “Reject” button in red with a thumbs down next to it. We hope you that this improves your experience and gives you an ability to “un-shortlist” as you’ve requested.
Once a candidate is in “rejected” you can still change your mind to “To Be Reviewed” through a similar button at the top of the candidate’s profile.
Allow match criteria to be copied from one position to another.
For example: Perhaps you are hiring for the same position again, and want to use the same criteria as last time.
Or, maybe you want to see if any of your sales applicants would make great marketers for vica versa.7 votes
We have identified that a number of our customers want this feature and therefore we have successfully built it into an enhance version of our product.
Thank you for your feedback!
You can now remove hiring managers from a position! See more details here: http://plum.io/academy/#023
When you are signed in to app.plum.io you can click the settings wheel to the right of a position and select “Add/remove hiring managers”.
Thank you for giving us feedback on this feature and we look forward to building more features based on your feedback!
Allow me the ability to move or copy an applicant from one position to another. Maybe they aren't a good fit for one position, but I want to consider them for something else: eg "Dave is a great applicant, but not for sales. I'd like to move his application to my open marketing position and see how he stacks up in that applicant pool."9 votes
Great news – this is now complete! You now have the ability to move applicants from one job to another. Simply visit http://plum.io/academy/#045 for step by step instructions.
Combined shortlist when more than one hiring manager (committee-based hiring)3 votes
Great Idea Mia! The new release of features (yesterday) enables the ability for all hiring managers to help sort candidates into piles: pass, shortlist, hired. Does this meet your needs?
Be able to hide candidates altogether0 votes
Done! You can now “pass” on candidates, this files them under their own header at the bottom of the list.
Be able to sort candidates by overall fit (according to plum), plum score for certain categories (problem solving, etc), how new the application was, or alphabetical order1 vote
We now provide a new ability to categorize applicants into different piles: rejected, shortlist and hired. (As new candidates apply they are by default added to the ‘undecided’ category. )
We have also now updated the ability to “sort by new” vs “sort by match score”! We hope you like these additional features. Please let us know if you’d like to see more.
Be able to export the Plum scores data into excel/.csv files1 vote
With this weeks release, account admins now have the ability to export applicants scores into a CSV.
Be able to categorize into yes / no / maybe piles1 vote
This was implemented this week with our latest release.
Ability to save the results to pdf.
Great Idea. This is currently on the road map. Stay Tuned.
