What Do The Scores Mean?

Plum uses a percentile scale from 0.01 to 99.9. 50 These scores informs you where a candidate falls in relation to the population.

Scores between 25 and 75 are considered in the realm of average. In other words, 50% of the population falls within this range. The difference between a 25 and a 75 is not as great as, say, the difference between a 98 and a 99.9.

The closer to 0.01 or 99.9 percentile, the rarer the individual is in that particular trait.
