It is extremely rare for someone's personality and attitude to change. With a sample of 500+ individuals, we gave them the Plum assessment and then restested the Plum assessment again two years later. We noticed that there were very little changes in the results. A personality is a little bit like an addiction; as a metaphor, it's about as hard to quit smoking as it is to quit your personality.
That said, it is possible. And therefore we do allow customers to retake the Plum assessment if one year or more has passed since they initially did their last assessment.
How can I do my best on the assessment?
