Plum’s Role Analysis is best described as a managerial survey, not a psychometric assessment. It gathers opinions of what is more and less desirable for a role from hiring managers. While answers are readily apparent to hiring managers, in the background it delineates these various opinions along psychometric lines. This background insight enables Plum to calculate a relative match to each candidate’s psychometric results as gathered in  Plum Discovery Survey results.
